1. Introduction

Welcome to The Producer Helper ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of theproducerhelper.com — the free Academy and MCP server as much as the products we sell. Most of what is here costs nothing and asks for nothing, and these terms apply to you whether you buy something or not.

2. Digital Products & Licenses

Personal Use License

All digital products purchased from The Producer Helper are licensed for personal use only. This license grants you the right to:

• Use the products in your own music productions
• Create derivative works for personal or commercial purposes
• Use samples, presets, and templates in your original compositions

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the original products
• Upload the products to sample sharing platforms
• Claim ownership of the original samples or presets
• Use the products to create competing sample packs or preset collections

3. The Free Academy and the MCP Server

Most of this site costs nothing and asks for nothing. The Academy and our MCP server at theproducerhelper.com/mcp are free to use, with no account, no email address and no API key. Nothing in this section requires you to buy anything.

The videos are not ours. They are published on YouTube by the producers and engineers who made them, and they remain their authors' property. What we provide is the selection, the sorting and the description around them. We claim no ownership of those videos, we do not host them, and we cannot guarantee that a given one stays online — a creator can remove or restrict their own video at any time.

The MCP server is read-only and provided as-is. It answers questions by pointing at videos in that library; it does not teach, store anything for you, or give you an account. We may change it, rate-limit it or take it down, and we do not promise any level of availability for a service given away for free. How its usage is recorded is set out in section 6 of our Privacy Policy — no IP address, no identity, never for advertising.

If you suggest a video through the Academy form, you are telling us it is worth looking at — nothing more. We are free to add it or not, we owe no reply or payment for a suggestion, and you must not send us anything confidential through that form.

4. Purchases & Payments

All payments are processed securely through Polar (Polar Software Inc.), our payment processor and merchant of record. By making a purchase, you agree to Polar's terms of service and privacy policy.

Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes based on your location. All transactions are processed in real-time, and you will receive immediate access to your digital products upon successful payment.

5. Digital Delivery

Delivery is immediate and happens through your account. When you buy, an account is created for your email address if you do not already have one, and the product appears in your dashboard. Polar also sends its own download link with your receipt.

Your downloads do not expire. There is no download limit and no countdown: you can sign in and download a product you own again whenever you need it, on as many of your own machines as you like, for as long as the account exists and we keep running this site. If we ever had to stop, we would tell buyers before pulling anything down.

You are responsible for:

• Giving a valid email address at checkout — it is the address your account is created for
• Keeping your own backups of the files you download
• Keeping your account credentials to yourself

If a download fails or your account does not show something you paid for, write to contact@theproducerhelper.com and we will sort it out.

6. Emails and Communications

This mirrors section 3 of our Privacy Policy, and the two are meant to be read together. There are three kinds of email, and they are not the same thing:

• Service emails — your purchase, your download access, your account and password links, and our replies. They are part of what you bought, so they are not optional and there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
• Updates to a product you already own — a corrected file or a new version of a pack you bought. That is part of what you paid for, not advertising.
• News about this site — a new pack, or a new free feature such as the MCP server. This kind is optional and is the only one you can switch off.

We send none of that third kind today and we keep no mailing list. If we start one, it will be rare and tied to an event: we write when there is something to announce or a product to follow up on, never on a schedule and never to stay visible. No weekly email, no automated sequence. It will also only ever be about The Producer Helper — never someone else's product, never a paid placement, and your address is never sold, rented or shared. Every such email will carry an unsubscribe link that works in one click. Buying something does not subscribe you to anything, and unsubscribing never affects your purchases, your downloads or your account.

7. Refund Policy

Payments and refunds are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, under the terms you accept at checkout. Our products are digital and are delivered immediately, so they are not sold on a try-it-and-send-it-back basis.

That said, we would rather sort a problem out than hide behind a policy. If a download fails, if a pack is not what its page described, or if something else went wrong, write to contact@theproducerhelper.com and tell us what happened. We look at it case by case, and a refund is on the table when it is the fair answer.

8. Intellectual Property

Our own content — the site itself, its text, graphics, logos, design and software, and the samples, presets and templates we sell — is the property of The Producer Helper and is protected by international copyright law.

This does not extend to the Academy videos. Those belong to the creators who made and published them, as stated in section 3. Our work there is the selection and the descriptions around them, nothing more.

The digital products you purchase are licensed, not sold. We retain all rights, title, and interest in our original works.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our website
• Upload or distribute malicious code

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Producer Helper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claims related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

11. Technical Requirements

Our digital products may require specific software or hardware to function properly. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility with your system before making a purchase.

12. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms and says exactly what we collect and what we do not. Three sections answer most questions: section 2 (we run no analytics and keep no web server access log), section 3 (the three kinds of email, matching section 6 above), and section 6 (what the MCP server records — no IP address, no identity, never for advertising).

If the two pages ever disagree, that is a mistake on our side and not a choice: tell us at contact@theproducerhelper.com and we will fix it.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where The Producer Helper operates (Spain), without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
